Where This Comes From
I’m Mark Schramm. Dryland Performance was built from years of working with competitive swimmers as a physical therapist, strength coach, and former swimmer myself.
The goal was never just to help swimmers work harder. It was to help them train smarter, move better, and build the physical foundation the sport truly demands.
I believe dryland training should enhance performance, support longevity, and deepen an athlete’s confidence in the water. That belief became Dryland Performance.
