Release of Liability

Effective Date: May 16, 2026

By participating in Dryland Performance programs, coaching services, educational materials, or exercise content, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

Participation in exercise and athletic training activities involves inherent risks including, but not limited to:

  • Muscle strains
  • Tendon injuries
  • Joint irritation
  • Falls
  • Overuse injuries
  • Aggravation of existing conditions
  • Temporary or permanent injury

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Health Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that:

  • You have been advised to consult a physician before beginning exercise
  • You are voluntarily participating at your own risk
  • You are responsible for monitoring your own physical condition
  • Continuing exercise despite pain or symptoms is done at your own risk

No Medical Services

You understand that Dryland Performance provides educational fitness programming only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or physical therapy services.

Participation does not establish a patient-provider relationship.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and discharge Schramm Physical Therapy and Performance PLLC d/b/a Dryland Performance, Mark Schramm, and all affiliated contractors, coaches, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from participation in any Dryland Performance activity, program, or service.

Minor Participants

If the participant is under 18 years old, the parent or legal guardian agrees:

  • They have authority to consent on behalf of the minor
  • They assume responsibility for the minor’s participation
  • They accept and agree to this Release on behalf of the minor participant

Governing Law

This Release shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

Severability

If any provision of this Release is determined unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
