Physical Therapy

Rehab Built to Return You to Performance

One-on-one, cash-pay physical therapy for swimmers who want to get out of pain and back to full training, without cutting corners.

What I Help With

I work with swimmers, masters swimmers, and triathletes who want more than a generic handout. Most are dealing with one of these:

  • Common swim-related injuries: shoulder, low back, neck, hip, and knee pain
  • Repetitive overuse injuries from high training volume
  • Post-operative care and a staged return to training
  • Pain or stiffness limiting your ability to train
  • Postural dysfunction in growing youth athletes
  • Movement restrictions affecting your stroke technique or lifting technique

How Care Works

Your First Visit

  • A thorough evaluation to find the underlying cause, not just the symptoms
  • A clear explanation of what is driving the problem and why
  • Treatment begins in your first visit, so you leave moving and feeling better
  • A detailed plan built to address your goals

Your Follow-Up Visits

  • Treatment that addresses your pain and training limitations, then progresses you toward peak performance
  • Progressive strength and movement work tied to the demands of your sport
  • Every visit is one-on-one with a doctor of physical therapy, start to finish
